Ike chorus concert

A” high note” was delivered at the Eisenhower Intermediate School when the Spring Choral Concert was performed.

The Eisenhower 5th and 6th Grade Chorus students performed their annual Spring Choral Concert in the evenings of Monday, June 2, and Tuesday, June 3, before family, friends and school staff in the school’s gymnasium.

The choir students also performed a concert to the enjoyment of their schoolmates and staff during a day assembly on Tuesday morning, June 3, in the gym.

These skilled choir students delivered their sound performances under the guidance of their Eisenhower Choral Directors, Madison Kaminsky and Christine Nevill.

“They sang a diverse selection of pieces and also highlighted student speakers who spoke about their favorite activities and classes from their time at Eisenhower,” Ms. Kaminsky said. “Our students worked incredibly hard to prepare and memorize this challenging repertoire of seven pieces of music during their weekly chorus classes.”

Ms. Kaminsky concluded that the concerts capped a highly successful school year.

“ I am so proud of their accomplishment and am so happy to finish out the 2024-2025 school year on such a high note.”
