Happy Birthday to everyone!
That was the motto at the Bradley Gardens Primary School when the 1st Grade students from the classes of Teachers Meg Fornaro and Daniela Hudock assembled a total of 70 birthday pans in the school’s brand-new cafeteria on Monday, October 19.
Ms. Fornaro explained this warm-hearted exercise, which involved all the grades at Bradley Gardens.
“This is an extended learning in a special Kindness Project,” Ms. Fornaro said while students and parents created their birthday pans that are scheduled to be delivered to the Food Bank Network of Somerset County in Bound Brook on October 19. “The entire school donated the goods.”
The pans included such items as a birthday card, cake mix, and a can of soda.
Ms. Fornaro added.
“Our kids understand that everyone gets a birthday”
