A 4th Grade student at the Bradley Gardens Primary School was encouraged by visits from published authors and guidance from his energetic teachers to become a writer.
Dante Vallejos received Bradley Garden’s Author of the Month award while he was in 2nd Grade, and today, he is now an author who has had his book published titled Dino Bakes A Cake Despite a Big Mistake.
This young author’s message in the book was that “you never give up and always try your best and you will accomplish great things.
His work has inspired his schoolmates to follow in his path. When he recently read his book to Rachel McLaughlin’s 2nd Grade class, a student responded “I want to be an author, too.”
Dante recently signed one of his books that he donated to the Bradley Gardens media center.
“We are so proud of him,” Principal Barbara Binford and 4th Grade Teacher Daniela Hudock both stated.
